Modular design
By using the modular design approach of CM5 core board and bottom board, WIFI, SSD, SATA and other modules can be added according to project requirements. The onboard standard PCIE3.0X2 interface makes it very convenient to expand various modules, such as various types of acquisition cards, network cards, hard disk arrays, etc.
Supports 32GB of LPDDR5X
Based on the powerful memory support capability of the CM5 core board, the current CM5-EVB can support up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, which is better in power consumption and speed than LPDDR4X. 32GB of memory can perfectly run various large language models and can simultaneously run multiple virtual machines or Docker containers.
Multi display
CM5-EVB has 2xHDMI interfaces, 2xeDP interfaces, and 2xMiPi DSI interfaces, which can support multiple displays working simultaneously and meet the display needs of products in different industries.
Multi system support
CM5-EVB supports mainstream Linux distributions, ubuntu debian buildroot， It can support multiple versions of Android, support user-defined images, and the community provides comprehensive technical support.
